Maximum performance in a compact package
Safe and precise handling, high handling capacity and a compact design: the H50 – H80 diesel forklift trucks combine everything needed for efficient operation under intensive working conditions. Thanks to their powerful motors and hydrostatic direct drive, they are ideally suited for heavy-duty applications with large loads, even when using special attachments for paper, bricks or building materials. Overhead tilt cylinders distribute the loads evenly over the entire structure and, together with the torsion support, ensure safe load handling, especially when working at height. The slim lift mast profiles improve visibility of both the load and route. What’s more, eliminating maintenance-heavy parts such as gearboxes, clutches and drum brakes means reduced service times, thus increasing availability and productivity. Thanks to the standard data transmission unit, the H50 – H80 can be seamlessly integrated into software such as fleet management systems at any time.
Safety
The H50 – H80 IC trucks feature a torsion support that reduces lift mast rotations at high lifting heights by up to 30 percent. The overhead tilt cylinders provide additional stability for the mast while a protective steel grid on the roof moves together with the mast when the operator tilts it forwards or backwards. Excellent all-round visibility thanks to narrow mast profiles and the standard Linde Curve Assist system for speed adjustment when cornering also improve safety levels. Optional assistance systems such as the Linde Safety Pilot round off the safety portfolio.

Ergonomics
The ergonomic and intuitive steering concept of the H50 – H80 diesel forklift trucks reduces the physical strain on the operator and also ensures precise and fast load handling. All mast and fork movements are operated by fingertip via the Linde Load Control’s joysticks, while the speed and direction of travel are controlled using Linde’s signature dual pedals. The spacious cab features ample legroom, an intelligent instrument layout and comfortable seats to take the strain out of working. The seat, armrest and steering column are also individually adjustable. What’s more, the axles, mast and tilt cylinder are decoupled from the chassis using elastomer bearings, so the operator is protected against shocks and vibrations. The 3.5-inch display shows all important information at a glance as well as the steering angle and mast tilt as standard.

- Vibration-decoupled operator's workspace
- Adjustable arm rest and steering column
- Easy access to the spacious cab via a step
- 3.5-inch display with truck information
Handling
Thanks to the hydrostatic direct drive, the H50 – H80 diesel forklift trucks move with power and precision. Linde Load Control allows the operator to move loads with their fingertips with millimetre precision. The dual-pedal control also significantly increases handling efficiency: each pedal moves the truck forward or backward, and if the operator takes their foot off the pedal, the truck stops, so there is no need to brake. Thanks to overhead tilt cylinders, the trucks have a high residual capacity and a low-torsion mast for handling at high lifting heights. High-torque and economical industrial engines offer sufficient power and low exhaust emissions at all times. The H50 – H80 can also be run on HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil), a fuel which is made from renewable raw materials and improves the trucks’ carbon emissions.

Service
Long maintenance intervals ensure maximum availability and low service costs for the H50 – H80 IC trucks. For example, the hydraulic oil only needs to be changed every 6000 hours. This long period is all down to an innovative filter system. The hydrostatic direct drive also requires minimal servicing, as maintenance-heavy components such as a gearbox, clutch, differential and drum brakes have been completely dispensed with. The data transmission unit fitted as standard also enables wireless software updates and remote diagnostics for preventive maintenance and reduced downtimes.
- Long maintenance intervals
- Low service costs
- High availability

Optional Equipment
Reverse Assist Camera
Accidents when reversing with the counterbalance forklift truck are minimised thanks to the Reverse Assist Camera from Linde Material Handling.
Linde Safety Pilot
The Linde Safety Pilot is an assistance system that reduces the risk of tipping accidents. It shows the operator key parameters such as load weight and load centre distance on a monitor and provides visual and acoustic warnings in the event of critical operating conditions.
Advanced comfort seats
Lumbar supports, heated seats, active seat ventilation, air suspension, and various adjustment functions are all available.
