E-Trucks Ei14 – Ei20 (three-wheeled forklift truck)

The design of the Ei14 – Ei20 prioritises operator comfort while minimising physical and mental strain. This decisive advantage is a result of the truck’s permanently integrated lithium-ion battery. The fact that there is no battery tray creates significantly more headroom and legroom as well as a lower and wider entrance, enabling the operator to get on and off easily. The comprehensive decoupling of the mast, drive axle and steering axle (which effectively protects the operator from shocks and vibrations) also contributes to the high level of operating comfort. The tried-and-tested operating concept consisting of dual-pedal control and Linde Load Control provides for intuitive control of the forklift truck. It also has particularly user-friendly controls and an easy-to-read 3.5-inch display. A large selection of comfort seats as well as optional heating and air conditioning makes it possible to adapt the truck to the operator and the operating conditions. The innovative Linde Steer Control operating system (optional) offers enhanced ergonomics by replacing the steering wheel with a joystick or a mini-wheel in the armrest.

The Ei14 – Ei20 models impress in indoor use with their high agility and handling capacity. The trucks owe their exceptional manoeuvrability to the three-wheeled design with swivel axle, which enables effortless manoeuvring even in the narrowest aisles. Powered by the proven 48-volt technology with maintenance-free asynchronous motors, the forklifts reach a top speed of up to 20 km/h. The energy concept with a permanently integrated lithium-ion battery simplifies operating processes significantly, as there is no need for laborious battery changing and forklifts can be easily charged at the charging station. An on-board charger available as an option also allows for fast, location-independent opportunity charging at any suitable socket for maximum flexibility. The forklift trucks are also ready for digital networking: an optional data transmission unit enables the wireless transmission of truck data for remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance and software updates.

The robust and service-friendly construction of the Ei14 – Ei20 guarantees high truck availability and minimises operating costs. The electric motors integrated into the drive axle form an encapsulated, maintenance-free unit and are protected from dust and water. Other central components such as the tilt cylinders are also designed to be low-maintenance, which enables long maintenance intervals: an overall inspection is only due after 1,000 operating hours, and the hydraulic oil and filter change only after 6,000 hours. Should a service technician callout be necessary, easy access to all relevant components ensures fast and straightforward maintenance and repairs. In addition, an optional data transmission unit enables remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance to further maximise availability.
